Warren Zeiders To Explore Heartbreak & Healing On New Double Album In March

January 10, 2025/by Madison Hahnen

Warren Zeiders will release his new album, Relapse, Lies, & Betrayal, on March 14 via Warner Records.

The two-part, 20-track project offers an intimate journey through heartbreak, personal growth and emotional healing, delivered with Zeiders’ signature raw vocals and storytelling. The album is produced by Zeiders alongside Ross Copperman and Mike Elizondo. Zeiders is credited as a writer on 17 of the tracks, with Connor Mcdonough, Ali Tamposi, Mark Holmon, Feli Ferraro, Chris Stapleton and more also co-penning tracks.

Zeiders released a preview of the album today (Jan. 10) with “Can A Heart Take.” Written by Zeiders, Copperman, Randy Montana and Ryan Beaver, the tune is a poignant, musical dissection of the heart that explores explores the limits of loss.

Throughout the creative process of the album, Zeiders embraced an intimate, therapeutic approach to songwriting, drawing from his personal relationships and the whirlwind of his meteoric rise to success. The new album captures the emotional rollercoaster he experienced amidst his rapidly changing life and career, offering a cathartic exploration of love, loss and gratitude. From the summer vibe of “Relapse” and the fiery anthems like “Bad” and “Take It To the Grave,” to the introspective moments in tracks like “You For A Reason,” “Can A Heart Take” and “Withdrawal,” every song pulses with the fleeting emotions of love. Elsewhere, tracks like “Crying Whiskey” and “Lies” balance out the raw vulnerability, while reflective pieces like “Everything Comes To Go Away” encapsulate the album’s central themes of love and loss.

Zeiders is coming off a breakout year propelled by the success of his first No. 1 single, “Pretty Little Poison,” and a win for CMT’s Breakthrough Male Video of the Year. Last fall, he released Relapse, and capped off his year performing as direct support on Jelly Roll’s “The Beautifully Broken Tour” and earned seven spots on Billboard’s 2024 year-end charts.

Next month, Zeiders will take the stage at the 2025 New Faces of Country Music showcase during the Country Radio Seminar. He is also set to go overseas on his first-ever European tour later this month, and will kick off off his 23 date “Relapse Tour,” making stops in Nashville, Atlanta, Charlotte and more. Zeiders will also perform at RodeoHouston, The Country Fest, Barefoot Country Music Fest and more throughout the year.
