‘CMT Artists Of The Year’ To Return To Nashville In October
The 2021 CMT Artists of the Year will return live from Nashville this October.
This year’s CMT Artists of the Year event will honor the top five country artists who, in the last 12 months, lead across all CMT platforms, scored chart-topping albums and singles, and created ways to connect with fans and meet the personal and professional challenges posed by the pandemic.
The 90-minute CMT special is slated for Wednesday, Oct. 13 at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center, after adapting its original format last June to honor health care workers on the front lines.
The honorees, performers, presenters and special guests for the 2021 CMT Artists of the Year will be announced in the coming weeks.

LB oversees all MusicRow-related content, including the publication’s six annual print issues and online news. She is a Georgia native and a graduate of the Recording Industry Management program at Middle Tennessee State University.
