Taylor Swift remains at No. 1 this week on the MusicRow Top Songwriter Chart, with her “Love Story,” “You All Over Me,” “Mr. Perfectly Fine,” “Forever & Always,” “Fearless,” and “You Belong With Me” charting on the country charts. Jesse Frasure stays at No. 2 this week, and Josh Osborne moves up one spot to No. 3.
