SMACK Promotes Tiffany Young To Sr. VP
SMACK’s Tiffany Young has been promoted to the role of Senior Vice President, Operations. In her new role, Young will be responsible for overseeing the internal operations of the publishing, production and management arms.
Young has spent the past five years at SMACK, first as Operations Manager and most recently as Vice President of Operations. She remains responsible for all day-to-day activities of the SMACK companies and is tasked with achieving goals, advancing the corporate mission and supervising company growth.
“We have so much talent and heart stepping through our doors every day and it amazes me how much we have grown over the last five years,” Young says. “It has been a true honor to learn from some of the most respected and talented in the business and I could not be more proud of the team we have built so far.”
Young will continue to report to SMACK President and Co-Owner, Michael McAnally Baum, who says, “Tiffany has become our internal champion and cheerleader. She has earned the confidence of the staff and the respect of our songwriters. Her leadership has been instrumental in the evolution of SMACK from small independent publisher to one of the most successful music business operations on Music Row. I can think of no one more capable than Tiffany to realize SMACK to its full potential.”
