Nashville Music Roundup: ASCAP at the Bluebird
ASCAP‘s upcoming showcase ASCAP Presents at the Bluebird Cafe will take place Wednesday, Aug. 6 at 6 p.m. at Nashville’s Bluebird Cafe. The showcase will feature Steven Clawson, Brandon Hamilton, Allison Veltz, and Emily Weisband. The show is currently sold out, though 10 bar seats (21+ only) and 14 church pew seats (all ages) are available on a first-come basis when the doors open at 5 p.m. on Aug. 6. A new monthly concert series, The Stomp, is coming to Nashville. Every second Thursday of the month, rising women in Country music will perform on the top floor of Soulshine Pizza Factory. Sponsored by Tarter Farm & Ranch Equipment, Boot Daddy, and partnering with The Big 98 WSIX, The Stomp will launch Thursday, Sept. 11, and will feature performances from Angie Johnson, Hailey Steele and Lyndsey Highlander.
