O’Reilly Opens Nashville Office, Signs Buddy Jewell
Buddy Jewell has signed with O’Reilly International for management, company president Louis O’Reilly announced today. Brad Allen, president of the newly-formed ALL Entertainment, will co-manage Jewell with O’Reilly.
O’Reilly International, one of Canada’s leading artist management companies, recently opened an office in Nashville. The company, in partnership with its two independent award-winning Canadian record labels, On Ramp Records and 306 Records, represents Country artists Shane Yellowbird, Brad Johner and Victoria Banks. O’Reilly is the 2007 winner of the Canadian Country Music Award for Record Company Person of the Year.
As previously reported, ALL Entertainment has partnered with New Revolution Entertainment to promote Jewell’s debut single, which is due to hit national airwaves mid-September.
It’s about time someone in Nashville came to their senses ! Buddy along with Rockie Lynne have to be the most overlooked talent in the business. Give me these guys over Kenny Chesney and a bunch of other artists out there anyday !!!!!
Regarding your comment about Rockie Lynne being overlooked: I AGREE! He has an incredible ear for writing hooks. I swear, if his songs got the airplay they deserve every one of them would be a hit. Before he was discovered, Rockie helped me out by filling in at LEAD GUITAR for my band. I knew the very first night that this guy was something extraordinary, and that he’d make it into the BIG LEAGUES. His guitar playing is ALSO overlooked. He has a style of his own, and it’s SMOKIN’ HOT. Rockie Lynne is a genuinely good man with a HUGE heart. I hope the industry takes a closer look at him and gives him the airplay he deserves.

I agree with Kathy too. Buddy and Rockie are both very talented guys ,that deserve MUCH more exposure on radio, and tour line-ups.
Buddy brought me one of my top 5 country songs ever Sweet Southern Country!! I have lived that song, it is the air I breathe.
I had asked about where Buddy was, I heard things, but glad to hear he is going to be back in the game. I remember Brad as well, going to be interesting.
Best wishes to all. Monte
Saw Buddy picking in a Mexican place on Murfreesboro Rd the first night I was in town Jan of 96. I was blown away by his talent. Met him this summer playing a benefit in Memphis and was blown away a what a great guy!
Good luck,
Kenneth
